Ignite started in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2011 as Europe’s first £1m accelerator programme - offering £100k to ten teams every year.
Fast forward to today and we’ve run programmes across the UK and Ireland in places such as London, Manchester, Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Sheffield, Bristol, Derry, Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland.
We’ve also consulted & supported accelerators across the globe in countries such as India, the United Arab Emirates and the US.
All of our programmes are bespoke and focus around the needs of the cohort. We champion our founders and want to see them succeed.
